In a fresh announcement, the Nigerian Police has revealed that they have duly commenced their fresh rounds of preparations for the 2023 general elections.

In lieu of the upcoming 2023 general elections, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has openly urged the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari to effect the withdrawal of some of the names of the nominees who are allegedly APC members which had been recently submitted to the Nigerian Senate for confirmation as the Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
