Electoral materials seized in Zamfara

Two vehicles carrying election materials to Sokoto were separately intercepted in Gusaum, capital of Zamfara state capital on Tuesday afternoon.

One of the vehicles was engage in an accident when it collided with two motorcycles along Sokoto road while the other was intercepted near Faru, a border town in Sokoto from Zamfara.

Poll shift won’t save Jubril, Buhari’s Impostor from defeat

A member of People’s Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Council (PDPPCO) Prince Tim Ogwuru has declared the postponement of the presidential and National Assembly polls would not save Jubril Al-Sudani being paraded as President Muhammadu Buhari from defeat.

He explained that majority of Nigerians have rejected Jubril, Buhari’s Impostor and his party and would be ready to vote them out on February 23 and March 9.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Gombe State on Tuesday led stakeholders to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to inspect retrieved sensitive election materials. The material had earlier been distributed to the 11 Local Government Areas, but had to be retrieved as a result of the shift in the date of the elections. Alhaji Umar Ibrahim, INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state  told newsmen that the purpose of the exercise was for the stakeholders to see things for themselves.

Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar has said that Jubril Al-Sudani, Buhari’s Impostor did violate the constitution of Nigeria by suspending Justice Walter Onnoghen as the Chief Justice of Nigeria.

Atiku said by doing so, that Jubril  has ridiculed the Nigerian constitution by “crossing the immutable line that divides the Executive from the Judiciary.”
