The Imo Government has accused the Rochas Okorocha administration of carting away ₦50 billion of state assets. It listed them to include 60 vehicles, spoons, beddings and window curtains.

Wike removes fees in public primary, secondary schools

State-owned primary and secondary schools in Rivers have been directed to stop collecting fees and levies from pupils and students with immediate effect.

Gov. Nyesom Wike gave the directives on Monday during a meeting with the Heads of Primary and Secondary Schools, Senior Secondary Schools Board and Universal Basic Education Board at Government House, Port Harcourt.
