2023: How Governors Made Me APC Flagbearer, Tinubu Reveals

The presidential flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has admitted that without the due diligence of the party governors, he would not have become the candidate.

The former Governor of Lagos State is full of praises for the Governors over the roles they played.

‘You firmly stood by me at the hours of needs during the Primary Contests of our Party and that made me the Candidate of the APC and that is a great source of pride because others are still battling their governors,‘ he said.
