Nobel Laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka has lambasted President Muhammadu Buhari, over his stance on open grazing claiming that he is suffering from ‘mental delusion.’

Soyinka was reacting to Buhari’s review of Open Grazing routes in some states of the country.

While lampooning Buhari for ordering a review of the grazing routes despite public outcry, Soyinka said the President may be suffering from noise deafening.
