The Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Kalu, yesterday afternoon received the newly elected officials of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in his Aso Rock, Abuja residence.

The Government of Kaduna State has announced the sack of no fewer than 233 teachers for presenting fake certificates upon the time of their recruitment.

Tijjani Abdullahi, the Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board made this disclosure on Thursday during a press conference in Kaduna.

He explained that the teachers were sacked after inquiries from the institutions they claimed to have attended, which showed that they presented fake certificates.

The Lagos State Government has made public the White Paper on the #EndSARS Panel of Inquiry report which was submitted to it a fortnight ago.

In the report, the state government stated that of the 32 recommendations by the panel, it has accepted 11, accepted 6 modifications, and rejected one.

The Chief Whip of the Senate, Orji Uzor Kalu, on Monday revealed what he discussed with Nnamdi Kanu when he visited the IPOB leader in the custody of the Department of State Services (IPOB).
