VP Osinbajo Condemns Deborah Samuel’s Killing In Sokoto

Nigeria’s Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has condemned the brutal killing of Deborah Samuel, a student of the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto State describing it as a dastardly act.

Despite earlier reports that President Muhammadu Buhari had accepted the resignation of some of his cabinet members, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has come out to clarify that he has not resigned citing several reasons for staying put.

Instead, Malami disclosed he has withdrawn his ambition to contest the 2023 Kebbi State gubernatorial elections.
