INEC Deploys More Enrolment Machines For CVR

In preparation for the 2023 general elections, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that it would be deploying an additional 209 voter enrolment machines to suit the machine imbalance in the five South-Eastern States, Lagos and Kano.

This is contained in a statement by Okoye, its National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee on Friday.

A Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Rivers State chapter died on Thursday when a Toyota Sienna vehicle conveying members of the party from Abuja to Port Harcourt somersaulted severally in a road accident.

One of the occupants of the vehicle, Innocent Amadi who reportedly survived revealed this in an interview on Friday morning.
