A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and human rights activist, Mr. Femi Falana, has called for the suspension of Morocco from the African Union over the alleged illegal occupation of parts of the territory of Western Sahara.

Report: ₦1.2tn Spent On IDPs By Govts, Donor Agencies

The International Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC) said weekend that the federal government and the international community have so far expended ₦1.2 trillion on Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the North-east.

The Norwegian-based centre said the amount was spent on health, housing and livelihoods of displaced persons.

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has lauded the police and other security agencies for their professional conduct during the governorship elections in Bayelsa and Kogi.

The teenager who gunned down classmates at a California high school before shooting himself died Friday, leaving detectives baffled over the motive of a Boy Scout with no obvious alarm bells in his background.
