Death Toll From Russian Missiles On Ukraine Town Rises To 14

It has been reported that up to 14 people who have perished when up to seven Russian missiles had struck the industrial town of Zaporizhzhia in southern Ukraine.

The deadly missiles had also struck before dawn on Thursday with three of them landing just a bit oft the town centre, just a bit like 40 kilometres (25 miles) from the artillery battles of the southern front.

North Korea Defends Missile Launches, Lambasts U.S.

North Korea has provided a defense for its recent spate of ballistic missile launches describing it as a legitimate defence against what it described as a threat by the United States military forces which has run for over a decade.

The missile launches had also not in anyway harmed the safety of civil aviation or posed a threat to neighbouring countries, North Korea’s State-run KCNA news agency said on Saturday, citing officials and a statement from the country’s aviation authorities.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared next Monday, the 10th October 2022 as Public Holiday.

The Indonesian police chief has on Thursday made the confirmation that up to six people have been charged over a recent football stadium disaster which had led to the death of 131 people during the weekend.
