Kathryn Fasegha’s “2 Weeks in Lagos” is set to screen at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. Hollywood super-actress, singer, and animal welfare activist Doris Day has died aged 97.

She was one of the biggest female stars of all time, and starred in films such as Calamity Jane and Pillow Talk and had a hit in 1956 with Que Sera, Sera.

Annie Idibia, wife of Nigerian music legend 2baba on Wednesday announced the death of her father, Macaulay as a result of an unsuccessful battle with cancer.

Pay television channel, Multichoice Nigeria, says season 4 of its reality TV show, Big Brother Naija, which kicks off in June, will be filmed in Nigeria.
