D’banj Demands ₦100m From Lady Who Accused Him Of Rape

Popular Nigerian musician, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, otherwise known as D’banj, has asked the lady who accused him of rape to pay a sum of ₦100m within 48 hours or face legal action.

D’banj made the demands in response to  allegation by one Miss Seyitan that the singer raped her in an hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos two years ago.

Popular Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, has committed suicide in his house in Mumbai’s Bandra city.
According to DCP Pranay Ashok, spokesperson of Mumbai Police, the actor was found dead on Sunday at his sixth floor apartment in Bandra (West).

Ashok said Rajput was found hanging at his residence and preliminary investigation showed he committed suicide though no suicide note was found in his residence.

The Coachella music festival in the Southern California desert and Stagecoach, have both been canceled this year, the public health commissioner announced.

The Coachella was earlier postponed for six months until October because of concerns over the coronavirus.

The cancellation order was given on June 10 by the Public health officer of Riverside County, California.

California will allow film, television and music production to resume from June 12 if conditions permit after months of lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, the governor’s office said Friday.

Film and television productions in the Golden State have been shuttered since mid-March.

The reopening will be subject to approval by local health officers, the California Public Health Office said.
