A bomb blast has killed 4 persons, including a mullah, in a Kabul mosque in Afghanistan.

The bomb exploded before the start of Friday prayers.

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Tariq Arian, said eight more persons were wounded in the blast,

No group immediately took responsibility for the incident.

The Ministry said it was yet another crime against the sacred places of Afghan people.

Friday’s blast had parallels to one earlier this month at a famous Kabul mosque.

Belgium reopened an investigation on Thursday into the 1996 murder of a German teenager because of a possible link with the man suspected of murdering British girl Madeleine McCann.

Carola Titze, 16, was found dead and mutilated in July 1996 in the resort town of De Haan on the Belgian coast.

The public prosecutor’s office in Bruges “is indeed reopening the file relating to this murder”, a spokesman told AFP, without giving further details.

One of the persons who witnessed the attack on Faduma Kolomdi village in Gubio local government area of Borno state on Tuesday has narrated how the insurgents deceived villagers before they struck.

Lane was one of the four officers arrested and charged for aiding and abetting second degree murder and manslaughter.
