A Catholic priest in Malawi as well as a policeman and a hospital worker are among the 12 people convicted on Friday over the 2018 gruesome murder of a man with albinism, a court official has confirmed.

Nigeria Customs Service Seizes Drugs, 94 Bales Of Used Clothing

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Operations Unit, Zone “B’’ in Kaduna, seized contraband worth ₦232,530,050:42 between  March 23  and April 25 within its area of operation.

Briefing newsmen on Tuesday in Kaduna, the Comptroller, NCS, Federal Operations Unit, Zone “B” Kaduna, Mr Albashir Hamisu, stated that 92 seizures were recorded by the unit within the  period including twelve vehicles.

Hamisu said that while seven of the vehicles seized were being smuggled into the country through unapproved routes, the remaining five were used to convey unregistered drugs and other contrabands.
