
Seun Kuti’s Trial Delayed Due To Magistrate’s Absence
The scheduled proceedings in the assault case against afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti were disrupted on Monday as Chief Magistrate Adeola Olatubosun of the Sabo-Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court, Lagos State, was not present.
The court session, which was supposed to hear the case involving Seun Kuti, was unable to proceed as Ms Adeola Olatubosun, the Chief Magistrate, was not present despite the presence of the singer, his counsel, and the prosecution team.
The court has decided to resume the proceedings in the case concerning Seun Kuti on September 27.
