It has come to light that In the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), Umeh Nkechinyere, hailed from Anambra State, emerged as the genuine top scorer, while Ejikeme Mmesoma fraudulently presented herself as the highest scorer from the same state.
