Ahead of next year’s general elections, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has called on Nigerians to elect candidates capable of taking the country to greater heights not just the ones that are engrossed with statistics.

Four Confirmed Dead Following Building Collapse In Lagos

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) yesterday confirmed that four persons died while one was rescued in the building collapse at Oye Sonuga Street, Palm Avenue, in Mushin, Lagos.

Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye who is the NEMA South West Zonal Coordinator made this known to reporters in an interview on Saturday.

He said two males and two females died, while one person was rescued in the building collapse.

Earlier, the Lagos State Government also said it would investigate the cause of the building collapse.
