
Cameroon Attack Leaves Church Burned, Priests Kidnapped
Massive turmoil struck in the Cameroon region as some five priests, a nun and two churchgoers have been reportedly kidnapped by some of the yet-to-be-identified attackers who has set fire to a church in western Cameroon in the latest violence in an area which has been hit by bloody conflict between anglophone separatists and the state.
The church of St Mary in the village of Nchang was “burned by unknown armed men” in the attack on Friday, the Bamenda Provincial Episcopal Conference said.
