Amotekun Boss Finally Reacts To Ban On Election Participation

The Chairman of the Amotekun Corps, Osun State Chapter, Brig. General Bashir Biodun Adewinmbi (Rtd) has made an open appeal to the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari-led’s government to allow the Amotekun Corps and other arms of the security outfit to play their traditional roles during the general elections come 2023.

The Commander of the Osun State Amotekun Corps had made this open appeal while speaking to Newsmen on the ruling of the court which had barred the corps from participating in the Osun governorship election.

28 Fishermen Rescued From Sea Pirates In Crack Operation

Some of the operatives of the Akwa Ibom Police Command have rescued 28 fishermen who had been kidnapped by a five-man sea pirate gang in Akwakpa, Uruan Local Government Area of the state.

The state Commissioner of Police, Olatoye Durosinmi had made this disclosure on Friday while briefing some of the journalists in Uyo.

American rapper, Kodak Black seems to be having a bad time for himself as he has been arrested and taken to a Florida jail after cops allegedly caught him with some oxycodone pills on him.

The 25-year-old rapper had been pulled over due to illegal window tinting, and after the cops had smelled marijuana in the vehicle, they conducted a stop and search.
