Ecobank Partners Basketmouth To Reel Out “Papa Benji” S3

One of the foremost financial instutions in Nigeria, Ecobank Nigeria has announced that they would be partnering in the reeling out of the Season 3 of Papa Benji, the comedy web series which it has been sponsoring in partnership with popular comedian and filmmaker, Bright Okpocha better known by his stage name Basketmouth.

The bank has also explained that its main aim in sponsoring the comedy is to promote the African entertainment industry.

‘Papa Banji’ is a popular free-to-watch comedy web series showing on YouTube and can be viewed across the globe.

Numerous Americans have been left outraged after a Black man who has been identified as Jayland Walker in Akron, Ohio, was killed bythe Ohio State police as he ran away following a traffic stop.

While reacting to the prolonged strike action by members ASUU community, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) group has openly urged President Muhammadu Buhari to do his best to meet some of the demands of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

SERAP had also advised President Muhammadu Buhari to redirect some of the presidency’s ₦3.6 billion budget for feeding and travels, and the ₦134 billion allocated to the National Assembly for 2022 to ASUU.
