Attacks On Ukrainian Refinery, ‘Critical Infrastructure’

Russian attacks on Sunday destroyed an oil refinery in the Poltava region and targeted “critical infrastructure”, possibly oil facilities, near the port city of Odesa, local officials reported.

Several Ukrainian Black Sea ports, including Mykolaiv and Mariupol, have also been attacked by Russian forces.

In the event that the proposal is adopted, Russia would get a land corridor connecting Crimea and Transniestria, a Russian-speaking breakaway province of Moldova that currently hosts Russian troops.
