Plane With 133 Onboard Crashes In China

An Eastern passenger jet in China which had 133 people onboard has crashed in South-West China with casualties yet to be ascertained.
Africa Daily News, New York gathered that the Boeing 737 plane had crashed in the rural countryside near Wuzhou city, Guangxi region and ’caused a mountain fire’, according to the footages made available to the provincial emergency management bureau.
It was gathered that rescue teams were on Monday morning dispatched to the scene for rescue operations.

Anxiety As Measles Hit Benue IDP Camps

Dozens of people have reportedly been hit with measles at various Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps in Benue State over the last few days, Africa Daily News, New York has gathered.
Over the last few days, no fewer than 60 people who are mostly children above the age of five, had been infected in some of the camps located in Guma Local Government Area of the State according to reports.
