The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has lamented that inmates in the facilities of the Nigerian Correctional Service feed better than corps members, this was coming even as the Ministry of Interior revealed that prisoners would be fed with ₦1,000 naira each daily in 2022.

NDLEA Intercepts Cocaine, Meth En-route UK, Saudi, Others

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on Sunday revealed that it has frustrated drug traffickers’ desperate attempts to export large kilogrammes of cocaine, methamphetamine and cannabis in three different states of the country over the last week.

NDLEA’s spokesperson Femi Babafemi made this disclosure in a statement which was sighted by Africa Daily News, New York on Sunday.

Road Accident Kills Seven In Taraba

No fewer than seven people were killed on Sunday following a motor accident involving an 18-seater bus in Taraba State.
