19 Killed In Suicide Attack On Kabul Military Hospital

No fewer than 19 people have been confirmed dead and 50 others wounded following an attack on a military hospital in Kabul on Tuesday.

Africa Daily News, New York reports that the attack is the latest assault to rock Afghanistan since the Taliban seized power.

The attack got began when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives near the entrance of the sprawling site.

Gunmen then broke into the hospital grounds, firing their weapons there, the Taliban said.

Five Confirmed Dead In South Sudan Plane Crash

No fewer than five people have been confirmed dead following a fatal plane crash on Tuesday morning shortly after take off from Juba International Airport, South Sudanese aviation authorities have disclosed.

Africa Daily News, New York gathered that those killed included four crew members – two Ukrainians, two Sudanese and one South Sudanese – a representative of the Optimum Aviation Ltd, the company that owns the plane said.

The cargo plane had been chartered and operated by Euro Airlines, a local aviation company registered in South Sudan.
