Former Arsenal captain, Thierry Henry, has explained that he was not surprised by Lionel Messi’s reaction after he was subbed off during Paris Saint-Germain’s 2-1 win over Lyon on Sunday.

Amotekun Foils 35 Kidnap Cases In Ondo

Ondo State Security Agency Network also known as Operation Amotekun has revealed that no fewer than 35 kidnap cases were foiled by its men within the last few months.

Also, the regional security outfit dropped the hint that two illegal gold miners were arrested by operatives of the corps recently.

The state Commander of the Corps, Mr Adetunji Adeleye also disclosed that the corps has attended to 2,633 cases.

Briefing reporters in Akure, the Amotekun boss, said the Corps also arrested 1000 suspects, waded into 515 herders/farmers clashes, and arrested kidnappers.

The Lagos State Judicial Panel on Restitution for Victims of SARS Related Abuses and other Matters has explained why it suspended its sitting indefinitely.

Announcing the suspension on Saturday, the Chairperson of the panel, Justice Doris Okuwobi (retd), stated that the break is needed to ‘evaluate, collate and make findings’ on the Lekki shootings.
