Biden Accuses Russia Of Trying To Disrupt 2022 Elections

US President Joe Biden has accused his Russian counterpart, President Vladimir Putin of seeking to disrupt the 2022 congressional elections by spreading ‘misinformation.’

Speaking during a trip to the office of the director of national intelligence near Washington, Biden said; ‘Look at what Russia is doing already about the 2022 elections and misinformation,’ referring to information he receives during his daily briefing.

‘It’s a pure violation of our sovereignty’ he added.

He also lashed out at Russian President Vladimir Putin.

More Than Half Of German Population Fully Vaccinated – Govt

German Health Minister Jens Spahn has disclosed that going by official numbers available to him, more than half of the country has been vaccinated however, concerns are growing about a slowdown in uptake.

‘41.8 million Germans now have full protection, while 61.1 percent have received at least one shot. The more people who get vaccinated, the safer we will be in autumn and winter,’ Spahn wrote on Twitter.

Germany’s vaccination campaign accelerated in the spring after a sluggish first few months, yet the country remains some way off the 80 percent targeted for herd immunity.
