‘Boko Haram Planning To Attack Abuja, Jos’, IGP Cries Out

The Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Usman Baba has disclosed that credible intelligence available to him shows that there is a plan by Boko Haram terrorists to attack major cities in the country, particularly Abuja and Jos, Plateau State.

This was contained in a circular issued by the IGP and signed on his behalf by the Acting Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa.

The IGP told the commissioners of police in Abuja and Plateau State to be on the alert.
