Over 12 Syrian soldiers lost their lives in an ambush in the southern province of Daraa on Tuesday, this is according to a war monitor.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights on Tuesday said; ‘At least 12 members of the Fourth Armoured Division and the regime’s intelligence units were killed in an ambush by militants,’

The Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 in Nigeria yesterday warned of a possible third wave of the pandemic that is ravaging some foreign countries amid ongoing vaccinations.

Azman Airline has announced the suspension of flight services to all destinations in Nigeria.

The airline made this known in a terse statement on its Twitter page.

The management said that the suspension of the flight services was connected to the audit of its safety processes by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

One Mr Olasunkanmi Fagbemi has told the Ogun State Judicial Panel on Police Brutality how a bullet allegedly fired by the police rendered him impotent and crippled him.
