The leadership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has filed a suit seeking to challenge the extension of the tenure of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Adamu by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The suit was filed against Buhari, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Police Service Commission, and Adamu.

Kwankwasiyya political, group owned by the former Kano State Governor has called out incumbent  Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje over his intentions to demolish one of the four flyover bridges built by his predecessor, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso.
