Legendary Filmmaker, Oyebanji Showers Praises On Boy Alinco

One of Nigeria’s stellar filmmakers and directors, Oyebanji Ademuyiwa has showered encomiums on fellow Nollywood colleague, Victor Oyebode, popularly known as Boy Alinco on the vintage family comedy, Papa Ajasco and Co.

Describing ‘Boy Alinco’ as a comic figure who fits into his role perfectly in the hit series, he appreciated Alinco’s efforts in helping to build the Papa Ajasco series to what it is right now. He also praised the actor’s fourteen years in the signature role.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has denied that it reached an agreement with the federal government, to call off its ongoing strike on December 9, 2020.

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige, on Tuesday claimed that ASUU promised to call off their nine-month old strike before Wednesday.

A French Police officer has assaulted a Reuters camera operator filming a protest in the centre of Paris on Saturday despite the camera operator wearing an arm-band carrying the French word ‘Presse’ in large letters.
