Naira Marley Cancels Planned #ENDSARS Protest

Naira Marley has cancelled his #ENDSARS protest scheduled to hold today.

The musician announced the cancellation via his Twitter handle.

‘We won’t be protesting anymore because there’s a lot of changes being made right now. ‘

‘As a Marlian we will give them a week to see the changes and if there’s no changes we will start a mass protest. #togetherwecan,’ he tweeted.

Hoffenheim defender, Kevin Akpoguma can now be called upon by Coach Gernot Rohr as the world football governing body, FIFA, granted his application to switch international allegiance from Germany to Nigeria.

Amaju Pinnick announced the development Monday evening.

“I’m extremely happy to announce that FIFA has just granted Hoffenheim defender and former German U-20 national team skipper Kevin Ufuoma Akpoguma permission to make his switch to Nigeria with immediate effect,” Pinnick, President of the Nigerian Football Federation, stated.

COVID-19: ‘I’m Leaving Hospital’ – Trump Announces

President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has announced that he is leaving the hospital where he is undergoing treatment for COVID-19.

The President said he now feels better ‘than I did 20 years ago.’

Recall that Trump and his wife tested positive for COVID-19 late last week.

Trump said on Monday evening that he is ready to leave the Walter Reed Medical Centre, urging Americans not to be afraid of coronavirus.
