Lagos Govt Commences Reconstruction Of Opebi Crash Site

The Lagos State Government has commenced the reconstruction of the Opebi helicopter crash site as promised.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Gboyega Akosile on Tuesday made the announcement through his official Twitter handle.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), on Monday, has said it was still unsafe at this time for the nation’s public universities to reopen for academic activities.

WASSCE: All COVID-19 Positive Students Test Negative

The Minister of State for Education, Mr Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, has announced the discharge of students who tested positive for COVID-19 during the ongoing 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examination.

Nwajiuba, who made the announcement at the 62nd Joint National Briefing of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19, said the students have returned to classes after treatment.
