Rivers Businessman Commits Suicide Over Huge Debt

A 45-year-old man, Chinedu Peter Ogwa has taken his own life at his home situated at Wokoma street in Mile 3 Diobu in Rivers state on Thursday night August 27.

It was gathered that Peter Ogwa left behind a suicide note where he blamed huge debts among other reasons for snuffing life out of himself.

The businessman who hailed from Ebonyi State but traded at Ikokwu spare parts market in Diobu, Port Harcourt, reportedly killed himself over his failure in his business undertaking.

‘Black Panther’ Star Chadwick Boseman Dies At 43

Chadwick Boseman, star of the groundbreaking superhero movie “Black Panther,” has died after a private four-year battle with colon cancer.

Boseman, 43, never publicly discussed his condition and continued to work on major Hollywood films during and between “countless” operations and chemotherapy, his family said in a statement.

“It was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in ‘Black Panther,’” they said.

“A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all,” the statement added.

Boseman became the first black superhero to get his own standalone film in the record-breaking Marvel franchise with 2018’s “Black Panther.”

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved fresh deployments of newly appointed permanent secretaries, while also redeploying older ones in the Federal Civil Service.
