Twitter has revealed that the hackers who took over the accounts of high profiles in massive bitcoin scam, accessed direct message inboxes of 36 accounts.
The social media company corrected its earlier statement that the attackers tweeted from around 130 accounts and downloaded mass data from eight accounts.
Last week, the hackers were able to tweet from the accounts for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Kanye West, Mike Bloomberg, Apple and Uber among others.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Thursday that President Donald Trump will not be sending federal law enforcement to New York City.
