The Head of Operations at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Mohammed Umar, has resumed as the acting chairman of the agency.
Umar, who is a Deputy Commissioner of Police, is the second most senior operative at the Commission.

The notorious elements of the extremist Boko Haram terrorists have dealt a heavy, pathetic blow on the federal troops, killing scores of them in an ambush attack in Danbua, Borno State Wednesday morning.

Former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye, on Wednesday, mocked Ibrahim Magu over his suspension as acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
