The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden, added New York and Kentucky to his already insurmountable delegate lead Tuesday.

The Associated Press called the New York race for Biden just after polls closed at 9 pm.

The former vice president is running alone as all his challengers have all bowed out of the race.

Resident doctors of the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, UNIMEDTH, Ondo State on Tuesday commenced an indefinite strike.

The industrial action is coming amid the rising cases of COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

According to the doctors, during a press conference held in Akure, the state capital, the action became imperative following the non-payment of their salaries ranging from three to six months by the state government.
