₦700m Fraud Case And Other Things About APC’s Ize-Iyamu

Osagie Ize-Iyamu emerged the winner of the direct governorship primary of the All Progressives Congress held today, 22nd of June 2020, in Edo State.

Ize-Iyamu won by a large margin, scoring 27,838 votes.

His closest rival, Dr Pius Odubu, a former deputy governor scored 3,776 votes.

Ize-Iyamu will now await the result of the PDP primary on 25 June, to know his main rival in the September 19 governorship election in the state.

A Ghanaian identified as Suzanna Laar who visited Synagogue Church of All Nations in Ikotun has been declared missing.

The 54-year-old woman had visited the church, alongside her two sons, in search of healing over an ailment they claimed had defied medical treatment.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has made it clear that some universities will not offer admission to candidates that score less than 200.

Oshiomhole Can’t Make You Governor – PDP Blasts Ize-Iyamu

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has launched a scanty attack on Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan said Ize-Iyamu lacks the quality to become Edo State governor, even with the help of his “godfather,” Adams Oshiomhole, who is the suspended National Chairman of APC.

Ologbondiyan insisted that people of Edo State have said they won’t vote for Ize-Iyamu.

In a statement, the PDP’s spokesman recalled how Oshiomhole once said Ize-Iyamu lacked the character to become governor of the state.
