The World Health Organization, WHO, has reacted to some French doctors’ suggestion of using Africa as a test laboratory for Coronavirus vaccine.

The two French doctors, Jean Paul Mira and Camille Locht, who spoke on a live TV Interview, insisted that Africa is the best place to conduct such test as they recalled how an experimental treatment for AIDS was carried out in Africa

The United States Government on Tuesday gave an update on the evacuation of its citizens in Nigeria and other countries amid the COVID-19 global crisis.

WHO Boss Told To Resign As US Death Toll Surpasses China

World Health Organization (WHO) Director, Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus has been accused of covering up death toll in China.

This has led to a call for Tedros to resign after theories came up about the false death toll in China.

China reported 81,000 cases with 3300 deaths compared to the US’ death toll now over 10,000 and the US believes China covered up their death toll and in the process helped spread the disease.

Suspended Local Government chairmen in Imo State have berated the state governor, Hope Uzodinma, for appointing interim chairmen for the 27 LGAs in the state.

The embattled chairmen said it was wrong for the Governor to disregard the provisions of the law.

New York City, under pressure with coronavirus cases, is planning to construct another temporary hospital in the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine.

The Cathedral in Manhattan, the largest Anglican Cathedral in the world, is the seat of the Diocese of New York.

President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered distribution of 150 trucks of rice seized by Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) to the 36 states of the federation.

The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed disclosed this while fielding questions from journalists at a news conference in Abuja on Monday.
