Erling Braut Haaland scored his 40th goal of the season as the teenager continued his phenomenal scoring streak in Borussia Dortmund’s 2-0 win at Werder Bremen on Saturday.

The 19-year-old flicked home a second-half cross to score his 12th goal in eight games for Dortmund as Lucien Favre’s side moved second in the Bundesliga, four points behind leaders Bayern Munich.

Media groups Fox Corp. and NBCUniversal are looking to buy ad-supported streaming platforms meant to lure customers who don’t want to spend money on subscriptions, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

Ignore Calls Against Oshiomhole, APC Chieftain To Buhari

Ex-South African President Zuma Hit By Mystery Illness

Former South African president Jacob Zuma has gone to Cuba to seek medical help for an undisclosed illness.

The embattled leader who has a suspended arrest warrant against him left South Africa on 23 January.

He returned on Saturday 22 February, according to News 24.

SARS Kills Remo Stars Football Club’s Assistant Captain

Men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, have allegedly killed the Assistant Captain of  Remo Stars football Club, Tiyamiyu Kazeem, known as Kaka.

The club, in a statement on its Twitter handle on Saturday said they regret to announce the departure of “our assistant Captain and Defender, Tiyamiyu Kazeem (Kaka).

Service Chiefs: Resign If Buhari Refuses To Sack You

A human rights group has called on the Service Chiefs to honourably leave their offices if President Muhammadu Buhari refuses to sack them.

DAILY POST reports that following the rising cases of insecurity in Nigeria, there have been unending calls from major stakeholders, asking the President to relieve the military bosses of their posts

Pirates Kidnap 9 Personnel Of Oil Vessel Enroute Lagos

The Alpine Penelope crude oil tanker has been attacked by suspected pirates, the  76nw SW Cotonou vessel was enroute Lagos.

Dryad Global, a maritime security risk management, announced this in a statement.

Ten crew of the vessel were kidnapped. Although their names remain unknown, they include Georgian, Filipino and Ukrainian nationals.

The vessel had a total of 24 personnel, comprising of citizens of those countries as at the attack time.
