A member of the Board of Trustees of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Ziggy Azike, has alleged that Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, APGA National Chairman, Victor Oye, and as well, Senator Victor Umeh, have destroyed the party.

Azike said the alleged corrupt practices perpetrated by the trio during the 2018 party primaries in the country, particularly Imo State, thwarted the will of people who are yearning for a change in the state.

Doyin Okupe, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has reacted to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s decision to ignore his call for a change of name for the main opposition political party.

Recall that Okupe had started a campaign on social media calling for the change of name for the PDP.

He argued that the party was bound to lose the 2023 general election if no changes were effected.

Barrister Olusegun Bamgbose, the National Coordinator, Concerned Advocates for Good Governance, CAGG, has joined voices with those calling for the immediate resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari.
