The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has vowed to re-launch it’s rested outfit, Biafra Security Service (BSS) to get even with the southwest security, Amotekun.

Archbishop Chukwuma Hits Buhari Over Execution Of CAN Chair

The Anglican Archbishop of the Province of Enugu, Most Rev. Emmanuel Chukwuma, has condemned the killing of Rev. Lawan Andimi, the Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Adamawa.

The deceased was reportedly killed in Michika Local Government Area of the state by suspected Boko Haram insurgents.

Kaduna: Police Kill 2 Bandits, Rescue 20 Kidnapped Victims

Some passengers numbering about eight abducted on Wednesday afternoon along Kaduna-Zaria highway have been rescued by the police.

Also rescued were three workers of Airtel Communications Company abducted on Tuesday, and nine others kidnapped on Jan. 14 when bandits attacked the convoy of the Emir of Potiskum.

THISDAY had reported that gunmen attacked Alhaji Umaru Bubaram, killing five of his aides along Kaduna-Zaria highway.

Umaru was on his way to Zaria when the attack occurred, but was, however, released.

The police, however, said that in the Wednesday’s attack, two of the bandits were shot dead and all the eight abducted
