The Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives (MCIC) has plan to organise the fourth Lagos State micro, small and medium scale enterprises (MSME) exclusive fair (also known as the Lagos MSME Fair).

Arik Air received two aircraft from C-Check over the weekend, thereby boosting the operations of the airline in the coming festive season.

CBN: Electronic Payments Hit ₦424tn In Nine Months

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)’s cashless policy has received a boost as the total value of transactions through various electronic payment (e-payment) channels stood at a total of ₦424.371 trillion in the first nine months of 2019.

This represented 83.5 per cent increase compared with the total of N231.247 trillion recorded at the end of June 2019.
The figures were contained in the latest industry e-payment data as at the end of September obtained from the CBN.

Boboye Oyeyemi, corps marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), says no driver should transport corps members leaving orientation camp from 6pm.

Chile Military Plane Disappears With 38 Aboard: Air Force

A Chilean military plane with 38 people aboard has gone missing after it took off from the country’s south for a base in Antarctica and is presumed to have crashed, authorities have said.

Seventeen of those on board the C-130 aircraft were crew and the others were passengers, Chile’s air force said Monday.

The plane is believed to have crashed and “all national and international air and maritime means available in the area are continuing the search (for survivors) in the sector where communications were lost with the aircraft,” it added in a statement Tuesday.
