Nobody Is Sabotaging Buhari

Sir: The Vice President, Prof. Yẹmi Ọṣinbajo, doubles as a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, headed by Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye. The Church has gained the attention of politicians because of its widespread numerous churches throughout Nigeria. Beyond that, Adeboye is more political than many Nigerians know. In those days, he cashed-in on the prevalent belief that the late president Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, who was elected in 2007, was out to transform Nigeria.

He, therefore, predicted that “Nigeria, evil people shall never rule you again!” Many (probably most) members of his church made it their phone ringing …

It was looking like an uphill slog from the start: Corbyn has some of the worst approval ratings of any leader of the opposition on record and his century-old party is badly behind in the polls.
