Southern Kaduna blasts El-Rufai for bias, arrest of leader

Adara Community has lambasted Kaduna State Government for what it called ‘failure to arrest the criminals responsible for killings in six consecutive attacks’ on villages in Kajuru and Kachia local government areas.

The community under the auspices of Adara Development Association (ADA) lamented despite six attacks on different Adara villages with hundreds killed and thousands displaced, Governor Nasir El-Rufai has arrested their ‘sons’, while none of ‘the killers’ has been arrested.

President Trump tweets

The President found a lot to be upset about over the weekend, and he took to Twitter to make sure everyone knew.

In a long series of tweets, Trump criticized the late Sen. John McCain, mused about a government inquiry into “Saturday Night Live,” and demanded that Fox News bring back host Jeanine Pirro. Governor Obiano was massively and overwhelmingly voted in by Ndi Anambra state.
Ndi Anambra only wanted someone that would continue from where Obi stopped; though they knew the big shoe Obi was leaving behind would be hard to fill.

Expectations were very high, as we were already used to good governance, because we had the best of it under Former Governor Peter Obi, and the PDP Vice Presidential Candidate in the just concluded 2019 elections.

The Delta State government has suspended the headmistress of Okotie-Eboh Primary School 1, Sapele Local Government of the state, Mrs. Vero Igbigwe.

She was suspended following the viral video where little Success Adegor was sent home over her parents’ failure to pay her examination levies.

Igbigwe was suspended on Monday when the Commissioner for Education, Barr. Chiedu Ebie, visited the school.

The head teacher, according to the commissioner, could not explain the alleged illegal collection of examination levies from the school students.

CBN vows to make Nigeria world’s third palm oil producer

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has vowed to help push Nigeria to the world’s third largest producer of palm oil.

If successful, Nigeria will overtake Thailand and Columbia as a major palm oil producer in the world.

A Federal High Court sitting in Asaba has sacked the Prophet Jones Erue-led executive council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State.

The court upheld the Chief Cyril Ogodo-led executive council as the authentic State APC executive body.

Sanwo-Olu condemns cases of Lagos collapsed buildings

The Lagos State Governor-Elect, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Monday described recent collapse of buildings in the state as most unfortunate.
