Poll shift legal but destroys INEC’s credibility- Lawyers

Lawyers on Saturday affirmed the powers of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to reschedule elections but noted the Commission damaged its credibility with how it shifted presidential and national assembly polls.

The move by APC to rig the Elections

In the past 48 hours, some moles in the government sent messages out and those that matter in the polity got wind of the new plan to rig the election.
What had been decided by the rigging machinery was to continue with the election in some states, about 26 states and postpone the elections in 10 states. From the declared results in the 26 states, they would have known what to do and would have deployed their security and rigging apparatus to those 10 states and the Osun State template would have been used in those states.
